What are the Top 10 Vaastu recommendations for home construction??

This one I guess every one will agree with me, the entrance door should be in positive direction and far away from corners. Positive directions are North, Northeast, and East in East and North facing plot, Southeast and South in South facing plot, West and Northwest in West facing plot. There should be one or maximum two entrance doors in a house. Do give in your other ideas on vastu recommendations for home construction?

Every thing is ok,like natural light, air,and Vaastu.The main purpose is to perform the function with ease in each dwellings or units.For instant,take the kitchen:-proper ventilation,suitable level of platform,utility electrical points,wash sink,proper sanitation etc. Similarly other units.

The kitchen & bedroom, the well & the overhead water tank where they should be or placed in houses plays the dominant role in vaastu.

The Kitchen should be in the southeast corner of the houses, the bed-room should be in the southwest corner of the houses,

The well/water pipe-line should be in the northeast or east north corner. That is outside the house but inside the compound wall.

The overhead water tank should be in the corner of south west top of the house open area.

Another important thing to be considered is that any digging of the ground or pits like well, septic tank, and ground water tub, or any other excavation work should be in the north and east side of the house. No digging in the south & west side that should be kept heighten or elevated.

Another important points to be noted is that the latrine or septic tank should not be in the northeast corner and east north corner of house. Because this is called Esanyam which is meant for god.

Friends whatever I know has been furnished, however experts in Vaastu will be there to contribute more on this subject. 

Only new material should be used for building.  Old material which is not durable should not be used for new construction as generally old bricks, doors; steel bars and plumbing material are used in new construction.  Wood taken from thorny trees should not be used. As per Vastu rules same material should be used for doors and their frames that is iron doors are made of iron frames rather that wooden frames and wooden doors are made of wooden frames instead of iron frames.

Vastu is sience to create posative energy by balancing the panchtatva's of enviorment and give good health and thus wealth to the residents.

Directions of openings etc are based on the supply of air and light etc.This may be compared to today's green building concept or we can say it provides desired natural light , air , water and avoid negative energy. 

The direction and size of pooja room is much more important than other rooms,if we place this pooja in a wrong direction it creates problem i.e)SW Corner is the suitable place bcoz we will face western direction to pray  and also the size of the room should be matchable to their Zodiac signs and numerology Eg)8 x8 ft in this size so many temples are their in india.Now a days so many people thinking and discussing to place this pooja room in a correct manner

EVEN IN TEMPLES OUR GODS AND GODDESSES ARE FACING EAST.POOJA ROOM SHOULD BE CONSTRUCTED IN SUCH A WAY THAT GODS ARE FACING EAST.

Puja ghar should be in the Ishaan corner.

As we know for building any house we do all the things like direction of door and window, position of rooms etc, but most of people doesn't use natural sources like light and air. They made small window and ventilation. But as per vastu light gives us positive energy and fresh air gives oxygen for  fresh breathing.. it will make a healthy environment...!!!
