The latest generation of employees is very tech savvy. They play with gadgets, iPods, write blogs, create communities and interact in so many ways. HR needs to catch up with them, else they will find a place that suit their tastes. Given them web based softwares, blogs, and forums to be engaged – it will energize them to use their creativity for organization. |

I am not sure if being tech savvy would really help in being a more acceptable HR but definitely being able to relate to what the employee's are doing makes you better appreciate their points of view.
Being also familiar with the current gadgets, styles and preferences definitely gives you the common points on which to relate.
All generation select the path for something new, it may be advance, corrected and better then previous, improvement in previous, that is right way. other path is changing in values. Now a days, technology is being cheaper day by day and the scene is easy availability of technology, so the present generation is tech savy.
In this situation, values, improvement, new, better, correction is offside matter and only to achieving goal, gain and grow is the path. Technology also changing very fast and have no time to implement the right tool.

People can become problem employees for a variety of reasons. Sometimes they, themselves, are responsible; other times the workplace environment is to blame. Of course a combination of the two is entirely possible. |

HR departments, of late, have become rules and policy-driven. Human approach is missing. To assess an individual, the person concerned who asesses the person should analyse the person in total perspectives, before passing judgements on hearsay, etc. Develop the tools of 360 degree assessments within an organisation in order to get the clear picture about the person who is being assessed using the scientific tool.
