Women, true embodiment of compassion and emotion, had to wear multiple faces both in professional set up and personal arena. Rearing children is a colossal task - feeding them timely, educating them, attending to their home work, project, etc. - satisfying the in-laws (if living in a joint family) and husband in all possible ways, then proceeding to professional arena where she has to go through petty politics among peers, non-cooperation from bosses at times, forcing pending works to be taken to home to finish them, and also participate in various training and development activities in order to keep ahead of every one! Inspiration of Mega TV serial starts from them!

I agreed, Today women plays many types of roles so she has to wear different kinds of mask. They carefully chosen the right mask for the right time, and she successfully achieved her task. But some times it became very hectic for them to play a various role at a same time.

She has a lot to handle from cooking to buying grocery to performing best at work space. Still she has to work harder to get the higher designations. A mother's heart thinks of her kid when she is working on her system which diverts her mind and so many such things which she faces on daily basis. A man expects cup of tea when he gets home but a woman has to go home and cook..Isn't it difficult!! It is alot of pressure and stress which a women goes through in her day to day life. |

I agree with Renne. Balancing family & work is not an easy task. At work also there is mental stress.
ITS A TEDIOUS TASK FOR A WOMAN TO MANAGE HOME AND OFFICE AS WELL, AS A RESULT CAUSES MENTAL STRESS...
Working women are worst sufferer. Mental as well as physical stress they face.

Renne, what you pointed out is more of a “taken for granted syndrome”. Studies have unearthed that over last 10,000 years or so women are dependent on men. They stayed back at huts caves to take care of children, while men dared out to gather food. This has gone down our gene’s, so situation for working women can become strenuous mentally physically psychologically socially in relationship etc.

It might not be taken as from the horse's mouth, but it true that expectations from working women are higher. It is taken for granted that women are skilled "multi taskers", but the society refrains from understanding their physical, emotional, and practical restraints. At every stage woman has to try to live up to the expectations (I do not deny the fact that men also face the same kind of problems). Stress from all the facets of life is the main issue for working women.

But it become social trend by women track lifestyle of neibours, relatives & others.It is ok, if a couple jointly & honestly decide a financial & other goal in consideration of inflation, employment situation of male.I have observed that rich family do job primarily out greed, recognization or socialization.& independent space she crave.It is unfortunate that housewife asumed as thankless job.It is paradygm of society must be changed to reward merit.&recognizatio.As housefile, she perform as great Human resource manager & administration for builing character, hygenity/heallth, communication & crisis management.She must be reviewed & enhanced purchasing & saving optimal power bringing tranperancy of all source income. |

Sexual harassment is another serious hazard faced by working women. Whether in the organised or unorganised sector, whether illiterate, low paid workers or highly educated and highly paid executives, a large number of working women face sexual harassment at the workplace. I should say that not only men but ladies also face more problems in their work places as well as home. We are also an humans we also get frustrated & stressed out...

I think this the top most issue which is to be experienced by every working woman / lady. Most of families are required services of working woman even after her working hours which includes cooking, taking study of children & most of the time they required helping hand from her spouse who most of the time refused to do so. Same is the case at work place, where their male counterparts are trying to put as many as obstructions / obstacles in her work. But today's woman is smart enough to handle such non-cooperation movement at both places. & most of the time she came as winner. Hats of her & hats to her ability to work at different fronts @ same time. |
