HI! All, As a researcher i find every product,service & researcher has its own way/studies toward the resesarch. So take the example of a car company`s resesarch that is different from a mobile based sevices company`s research so the so called TOOLS are also different. Sales & marketing team from ground to top level post has its observations about market we must take their references for research & another tool is media of every type, with the changing times we find new communicational ways to focus consumer,there are other ways also.....
