Dear friends, in India the present workplaces are getting modernized compared to the past traditional workplaces. But the benefits provided by them were  not satisfying the employees. So many organizations are revamping their benefits plan according to their employee needs. What benefits would you like to have in your workplace?

Besides paid holidays, leave, LTA, Medical, etc. a justified performance evaluation is a must for proper motivation of the employees.

I want to have this in my workplace.Because i think wher we are spending 8-10 hours in a day,from there we will also expect to get proper recognition of our work and this could be possible only through proper evalution of work.Unless we get the recognition of our work we cant be motivated and unless we will get motivation we cant be in that work anymore.

Yes I agree with you kriti but the new trend today is, work from home. Many companies are coming up with this strategy and soon will be implemented by most of the companies. The development in the Internet and telecommunication has lead to this development. Apart from employees, companies are also gaining benefits. This offers them an increased ability to attract new employees, a more diverse workforce, improved morale and better relationships between colleagues, less stress and burnout, and greater satisfaction.

Paid Holiday and Vacation Time

Friends, I think one of the most valued of all employee benefits includes the paid time away from the job which is often spent with family and friends. This paid holiday and vacation time are fixed for certain days in a year by the employer. But many companies are starting to offer a floating paid holiday that employees can take as needed, like on birthdays and other important function. So I want this to be implemented in my workplace too.

Flexible Working Hours - based on my convenient

Flexible Working Hours - Start Time and End Time should be based on my convenient and I do the same 8hrs/day. I could come at 12 in the afternoon and I leave @ 8 or more than that and its based on my work status.

I'd like the employer to provide payment facilities esp. in India to take care of all my bill payments esp. those that need my presence and is only doable in work hours like school fees and colocated day care with pick up facilities.
