Let this disputed site be owned by government of India and not to be allowed to be used by any single community/religion. This is easy to take over the site by government by force as done for road making, hospitals and any government utility. This will be best justice to those who could not think in 61 years of time and wastage a lot of money, energy and time of countrymen. Due to these bad thinking people many people lost their lives in communal riots. |

the present verdict is fair and acceptable for all Indians. If still the fight going on, before a communal riot Government should take over the land. In my opinion all the worship places should own by the government and all priests be government employees.
what a long headache for a piece of land...just let the govt. have it and decide what needs to be built/ destroyed..this can atleast be used as a lab for the govt. to fine-tune their experience in building strong bridges that falls apart the next day or destroying chairs in the parliament that is again re-made the next day....so thumps up 2 the govt...let them own the land and decide how it can built and destroyed and again built and destroyed....Ram or Allah..does not matter to them what happens to the land...They are all in our hearts and minds...that is all they wish not the piece of land that means nothing to them....

Government should take over the land and one should build a structure which is half temple and half mosque. There should be a museum which educates the people about the harm fighting can do to us. Yadavi Kalaha of mahabharaqtha Days, How India became a slave of invadors because of infighting. Examples of Hindu Muslim Unity and the good it has done to our society should be the theme of such museum inside the Temple Mosque Structure. |

A Competion should be held worldwide to finalise the design for a Temple Mosque (It should look like a Temple from one side and a Mosque from other side) with a Big hall with Quotes from Quoran and Geeta on the walls exhibits from Hindu Culture on Mosque side and Muslim culture on Temple side. There should be a hall to conduct debates, workshops and seminars with themes to bring out Unity among all relegions. Temple Mosque should be built using funds to be raised from General Public and not from Government Grants. Politicians and relegious heads should be kept out of building temple Mosque. The responsibility should be with non beleivers (People who donot beleive in god and relegion or the way we worship god and pracice relegion) There should be a law to punish people who make relegious issues to streets or speak or right in media with life inprisonment or death penalty. Political parties using relegion as an issue should be banned. Relegion should be kept out of Government and all departments connceted with it should be closed. Relegion should be practiced only in temples, Mosques and Churches and such other places. All festivals also should be restricted to homes and temples, churches and Mosques or Places of worship. People polluting the envirnment in the name of relegion and festivals (Solid and liquid wastes , Noise Pollution) should be punished with 2-3 years of imprisonment.

I dont understand all of youuuuuu this matter is for TITLE not for aquisition of land.Secondlly if you have lot of ideas then why all of you are not shows support to the application of Tripathi? if you have all these ideas then why not gives before the matter pending in the court? Just reapect the decision and Suprem court also there to take decision .This decison is not final. So Respect the decision and accept it.

Build a Charitable Super-specialty Hospital at the disputed site, serving patients from all castes and creeds, will be the BEST SOLUTION of Ayodhya issue in my view. |
2
|
this is the main reason for the conflict. what hindu's want is a temple and what muslims want is a mosque to be built there. Keeping the ownership of the land aside. there isnt any other solution than having both the temple and mosque side by side. atleast some sort of harmony can be attained.
Do u think that is possible? building both side by side and pray daily that everyday goes by peacefully.
Dude we are humans. We can dig out more reasons reasons to fight, than to make peace. If this issue is solved I am sure our BELOVED 'POLITICIANS' will come up with something that would create enough fire to bake their bread. And their bread takes looooong to cook.

The judgement by the judges of the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court is a landmark verdict on the 60 year old Ramjanambhoomi-Babri Masjid tittle suit that they have delivered on 30-09-10. Muslims, Hindus, and Nirmohi Akhara are declared joint tittle holders of the property/premises in dispute and all the three parties are declared to have one third share each. Moreover if while allotting the exact portion, some minor adjustments in the share is to be made then the same will be made and the adversely affected party may be compensated by allotting some portion of the adjoining land which has been acquired by the central government. The judges are deserving of our nation's highest respects and special place in our history for their just and impartial decision in a very complex judicial decision. Salute the judiciary for justice and the people of India for their maturity. India will register higher growth rates with such maturity and wisdom. The judgement is a good one for all the parties. It is a relief that nation has kept its cool and free of violence from any quarter across the country. Now it is a time for all Indians across the world to remain calm and work together towards the future of the nation. Very important point to be noted here is the SECULAR INDIA'S SECULAR JUDGEMENT. Long live Secular India. Thanks for the referral Ms. Ayan Choudhary.

The 60 year old tittle suit now finds the solution from the from the verdict of the 3 judges of the Allahabad High Court. This verdict should not be construed as a victory or defeat. This could be a first step or a mile stone reaching to this level at least for the prolonged issue in our history. We all should live peacefully and happily together, The peace should prevail everywhere.
Now the politicians may try to fish in the troubled water with a view to their eyes on the vote banks. Hence people should not be misguided. In case the warring parties appeal to the supreme court for any other solution that they like, it would be well and good as they have got every rights. In such case, the best idea to resolve the issue would be of equally dividing the disputed site into two parts and can be handed over to the Muslims and Hindus each having 50% of the site. Give and take is always good for healthy continuous relationship. When we take birth, we have not brought anything and when we die we are not going to take anything with us. Why unnecessary fighting.
A prudent judgment has been given by the Allahabad High Court. However, some or all of the warring parties are already planning to appeal to the Supreme Court. Thus, this verdict may need to be further corroborated by the Supreme Court if some or all of the parties file an appeal....

Create a Botanical Garden of International standard so that, all community people, irrespective of their religion, will visit the place & enjoy. Easy way to sooth their burns. Museum / Manument , all, may create a religious stint due to various orientation. Again may make feel people , a particular religion is given importance in the exhibits. |

The verdict has basically provided a lead to share the sanctum. How it should be done is dependent on the followers.

"Do it yourself" is best possible idea of all the arguments generated. The reason being that there is no tradition/precedence in India of any land taken over by Government and did it what it wanted. So none of idea would work. The judgment is based on belief and not on circumstantial evidence which is the rock foundation of English Jurisprudence. The ball is now in the court of litigants who should come out with such acceptable working solution."Do it your self " suggest that a "Central dome" identical to what we have seen at the inaugural function of CWG 2010 should be constructed at the place flashing "Pooja" time and "Namaz time" and the whole area should be controlled by all the litigants.

2 : 1 = 2 parts for hindus & 1 for muslims is the verdict ..
s u khan is right when he said babar made it on ruins ..
that proves su khans image that he is firm & determined ...a silent warrior.

A matured judgement coming out of the constricts of law. For the first time, a court has delivered judgement taking the mood of the public on the larger intest of the nation. Even Supreme Court may not deliver a better judgement than this. Each stake holder raised to the occasion and shown a matured state of mind. Generations of the day are well interested in the development of the nation rather than struggling each other on non-issues. Its not at all an issue. Parties can now settle this on the lines of the judgement insteading of knowking the doors of Supreme Court. |

The common man is innocent. He speaks on the version of media and media speculates the politicians. No single sole in the country is interested or keen on the structure (disputed or to be build), Yes! everybody is worried about the plans to be uttered by the politicians. Today, there may be 100 thousand versions and suggestions as solution but have they ever thought that how many would visit to the place and regardless of religion / name of the place / architect of the structure merely few thousand may participate as followers of their Leaders (Neta) presuming that their involvement with their immediate leader would fetch them ticket for next election. Otherwise, I do not think any of the people trying to involve them selves as mob. Have ever they perform prayers as laid down OR follow the ethics and principles of their religion? Hence, let the structure(s) come up to become one more in historical lists and YES, wait for the day, and watch how many people try to get their names in-scripted on various stones in and around the arena. Just ask them what the name of their Grand Grand Father is. Do you think that in future these in-scripted names would be remembered by their following generations? All again ???? LIVE AND LET LIVE PEACEFUL is my suggestion.

The best possible solution will be to build / maintain places of worship for both religions, which symbolizes the secular spirit of the country. There is no sense in engineering a radically different solution which may flare up communal passion. Since the country faces burning and genuine issues to be addressed immediately, the energy and attention should be spent on those rather than wasting the same for any communal flare-up from Ayodhya issue. |

BACHCHE MAN KE SACHCHE... SAARI JAG KI ANKH KE TAARE ! The Best Solution according to a SECULAR ME... is to have a Children's park & an International Peace Centre at this CONFUSED SITE. HONESTLY... in a place where there has been Bloodshed & Innocent lives have been lost... DO U THINK, RAMA WILL LIVE IN A MANDIR BUILT THERE, OR ALLAH WILL RESIDE IN A MOSQUE MADE THERE ? NO... THEN WHY ARE WE FIGHTING FOR IT ? LET INNOCENT CHILDREN ENJOY, PURIFY & FLOURISH THERE... ! |

At the disputed site let us build a Ram Temple and a Mosque so that both communities can pray there. We have similar situation at Kashi and Mathura. This should be ideal for communal harmony and brotherhood. Any notion of 'action' at Kashi and Mathura, by religious bigots, must be squashed and all these sites should be developed as centres of communal harmony. |

In the future point of view, if govt. owns the land dispute continues to some extent and may not resolved, better using public service. Paranivelan openion is good one.

The verdict of the Allahabad High court is a welcome and balanced one. There are religious extremists in all religions but thankfully form a small minority. The disputed land has for time immemorial been worshiped by both the Hindus and Muslims. Maybe at any one era it was just one or the other doing the rituals. The fact remains that this very piece of land has always been treated sacred. What better way to uphold this special status than to build an all religion library in this area. A library which contains A to Z books about all religions known to mankind will be a symbol of the "One God" worshiped in so many ways. It not only will positively portray the majority sentiment of tolerance and peaceful coexistence of Hindus and Muslims but also lead to the creation of an international monument of world peace and faith. |

Hii,i think its not the time to think wat possible solution is suitable for Ayodhya case. A generation has goone by and still we r lurking in the same issue. The court has already given its verdict and all the parties related to the case and the people of india r satisfied with it. Now let the government think about the place AYODHYA and not the land AYODHYA. The historic city is already in ruins and there r no minimum facilities available. Government shud take some steps and develope the place, provide them with minimum facilities and make it a dispute free place.

i totally agree with Auan,.our govt should owe this land and build one elementary school for those children who are in slum areas and who are deprieved from the education.why we people bother about such type of issues,as an indian we should give attention to the welfare of our that community who are in slum areas.and people like us behave in different manner for those children.is this the definition of an indian.so we must look for these matteres rather than pushing each other for such issues. |

Let them build a multi-community community centre and [rayer house in the entire 60+ acres with proper landscaping etc. Community1 faces east during prayer and community2 faces west. so maybe a large open hall with a wall in the centre with icons of each community on it. going a step further, in dadar-bombay as it was known then, in dadar-west, shivaji-park area, atound 30 years ago - that was when i was there, there was a circular structure - in the middle of the road--wheree else -- which had 5 (6?) partitions, each catering to one faith. maybe something like this can be emulated

The Judgement is the best possible solution under the circumstances of the case and all communities should respect the same. The idea of Government taking over the land cannot be supported as the usage of the land by the Government of the day is dependent on its leanings and vote bank politics |

Why!! Test cricket is the best form of cricket and that tests the real power of a player. We should not get lost in glamor and forget the roots should we?? |
BJP too is forcing him to resign but he is seeking legal options to stay in. No one wants him, everyone knows how corrupt he is still he is not willing to leave! what should this attitude be called? Do you think he will resign at will ? |
Yes it can be called inside information from a blog. We cannot the understand the real feeling without facing a similar situation. |
