Providing customers with tangible ROI

idea posted by Vijay Sharma Logistics Manager, Reliance retail
Forecasting and order handling system can enable do cost cutting by understanding the customer needs in the right moment and finding ways to combat situations that would have otherwise been a surprise and that which would have led to wastage of money.

In the current economic climate, manufacturers are under increasing pressure to cut production costs - without impacting product quality. Supply chain intelligence will play an increasingly important role in identifying which parts of the production process to optimise to meet that goal.In manufacturing companies can use SCI ,to provide process intelligence that has enabled the company to improve production quality. The process intelligence application can help to increase yield while reducing production cycle time yet still maintaining rigorous quality standards.
