I think the major cause for capability gap is due to lack of leadership capability. The organization should use some leadership development strategy which is used to identify leadership requirements and to focus development activities. Unless they’re closely linked to the company’s strategy and business context, leadership development efforts fail to add the business value they should. So once the organization builds the leadership quality within each employee they can reduce this capability gap. |

Leadership is an important factor in detemining organizational capability. This is why we find many cases in which change in leadership have enourmous impact on the performance of the organization.

Friends, clear goals and objectives are essential to the success of any business, and this is no less true of building your own career. If you don't take the time to get really clear about exactly what it is you're trying to accomplish, then you're forever doomed to spend your life achieving the goals. So make sure the organization has clear goals, achievable, and objective deliverables. This will help the employees to have a clear mind set of what they need to do for the growth of the organization. |

I fully endorse this statements as most of the capabiity issues are primarily due to lack of clear goals and guides for achieving the targets. Also nowadays the trend is to learn varied things instead of learing a particular concept in a complete manner. Also now due to the fast track developments, timelines have reduced result in managers expectancy for completing the work very fast. Also necessary time is not available to upgrade one strength and only the sharpest are able to upgrade themselves quickly inline with market conditions.
I think unless you have the clear thoughts in mind about your work, you cant be able to complete this.So you have to be clear in goals then fix your target, then proceed. Thus output has to be come out.Capability is defined as ability to get things done with full confidence, utmost dedication and proper knowledge.According to me,all these could be achieved by someone,if he/she will be more focused on his/her goals/subjects/knowledge/work.Then only this gap could be abolished.

1. First be clear about the concept of your presentation. 2. Prepare your part well and design a rough speech so that you are not at loss of words when you speak. 3. Prepare a bit more than you intend to speak , because possibility of forgetting... |
Yes Sir this is the best way. We cannot expect someone to trust us as long as we are not transparent. |
I am neutral just to comment I am here.. It does not mean I am on this side.. :) A company stands tall with the good balance between all the sources not alone HR or sales.. We can't compare them..Can we.. One can't go long without another.. |
