As Azim said " People dont quit company, but they quit their managers". Any issues can be resolved by the reporting manager. Manager should have good people handling skills. Now a days some companies elevate people based on their performance and not by competencies. This is the reason behind this.

Career growth is a developmental phenomenon which needs time and immediate boss problems can't be every where. Even if one gets a difficult boss then it doesn't mean he/she will eep on hopping the job! I think it the reason is lack of psychological stability... No short cuts Friends!
