While buying online, a customer mainly wants to know each and every detailed information about the product. He wants a variety to chose from and a fast service of the company mainly from the delivery side.

Transparency and clarity in the ordering process

I belive that first thing that customers expect from online shopping is transparency and clarity in the ordering process. while shopping online  customers should not have a doubt as to the reliability, security and seriousness of the online operator.

Comparitive study of various products

The customer expects comparitive study of products it's features as a recommendation based on his requirement. As he is aware that the look and feel of product he will not get on web.

E.g. If user wants to book airline ticket what he can expect is based on his choice,seat availability,route facilities offered by airlines,time taken by flight and likewise he will compare various aspects.At the same time he expects the web site to guide him to check for hidden fares,stopover times etc..etc.

Clients who wants to buy anything online, first think of safety as they don't know the person on the other end and then comes payment options. Most of the times clients want the product first and then they want to do the payments but unfortunately that facility is not available. But, something to be really appreciated is that sales guys are performing really good and online business is booming big time these days. There are loads of money coming in through the internet!

I persoanlly would expect that the article I have bought, reaches me well in time & matches exactly viz a viz specifications or size or color or like that, that I have chosen & last but not the least, reasonable price,  a secured payment mode will give me what is called, customer delight.

simplicity in accessing and quick service

the purpose for making use of online services is to possess services rapidlyin fast moving wrld.. mving to malls wasting petrol(which is really high), waiting for the billing and many mre..thus to avoid it they access online.. hence mst be quick nad abobve all it must not be complicated easy for layman to read the guidelines clearly stated and access.

Online Customers always expect simplicity for better understanding. As far as products are concerned, each &  every functions, features & conditions of products should be clearly & simply explained to attract online customers. Some times more technical websites become complex for customers to understand.
