Friends, resource management has become on of the important skill, if you want to survive in the modern workplace you should developed capacities to allocate resources efficiently. You should know to determining how money will be spent to get the work done and accounting for these expenditures. Obtaining and seeing to the appropriate use of equipment, facilities and materials needed to do certain work. Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job. The most important of all is managing one’s own time and the time of others. |

I agree with other ideas as well but decided to support this because I feel this covers the main points well, including leadership & team building aspects (including human resource management idea). This requires social skills, which I would also add communication skill. In addition, resource management idea also includes managing time and resources besides HR such as capital and equipment, covering all vital resources.

I agree with you friend, but I think nowadays social skills are becoming more important. You should have the capability to work in groups. You should adjust your actions in relation to others actions. Always be aware of others reactions and understand why they react as they do. You should also actively looking for ways to help people. |

Its certainly social skill. Straight trees are cut first and straight forward people are screwed first. so the social and adjust skill is really needed in the present condition. Its not a imagination its a practicality.
