Doing something new for the first time is what excites me the most when I was a fresher and hope its the same even now for many freshers as well as experienced people, as they will join some organization afresh...meeting new people for the first time, working in a team, reporting to someone daily. And being accountable for something is something which will be all new. This is what excites me the most in a job offer. |

yes i support yor idea dipti, as to get job satisfaction, what i can do is more important then compared to what company is doing for me or etc.. i am hired to give my best and when i am been supported for my inputs and recognised for the same no other thing gives me satisfaction which i get from recognition.

Learning new is always a dream for everybody so that he can contribute his past experiences and learn something new....but we shouldnt forget that money also matter....As a say combining both factor in a proper proportion will be good for company and employees......

Doing monotus things may create a problem so doing new things with appropriate monetory reward enhance intrest in job

Definitely the salary hike what he/she gets, if the given pay hike is more than what has been expected then that excites the individual!!!

salry doesn't matter for those who don,t have an experience same in oppose side with experience person he/she focus on both but more on salary

personally speaking so many people are doing jobs only for salary and some company names they are ready to work in any filed they are completing BE in E&C and working in software its just making all the things studied in BE wast .. so only the salary and company....!!!!

Location plays a vital role for me ,its about priorities .sHUN THE VERY IDEA OF WORKING IN MUMBAI WHERE IT TAKES ME 2 HOURS TO REACH MY OFFICE AND VICE VERSA AT THE EVENING (SHEER USELESS HECTIC TOIL).YES WILL PREFER TO WORK IN CHANDIGARH
BUT THE IRONY IS IN PLACE LIKE CHANDIGARH WHERE THE MARKET POTENTIAL DIOES NOT TANTAMOUNTS TO MUMBAI ,THE PAY PACKAGE IS LOWER ,BUT LOCATION WILL PLAY A PIVOTAL ROLE FOR ME DESPITE SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES

Learning and doing things new is actually the key to ones career growth however just doing new things wouldn't be enough at the satisfaction level because salary is a motivator, booster, enhancer, binder for an individual towards attaining own as well as Organizational success/growth. Because salary would acknowledge an individual's labor in the organization besides learning and doing things new.

In any field of work i find enthusiasm in applying my learnt principles and building up on them...... bringing about a near ideal situation for the best output. If this doesn't work i generally quit n move on to more challenging areas...........

Several years experience and mastery of one thing can't give your carrier a pace. I always see what new thing I will learn. Knowledge of many things always help any one to grow. I prefer new challenges then Salary.

I think its package along with company reputation which attracts or excites the most.As dipti has considered the factor doing something new but i think this will be a secondary factor as when we take admission in college we consider college reputation and placement records,we consider dis bcoz we want to make a good career. in d same way package along wid company profile and reputation attracts the most....

Recognition, be it on your educational credentials, job experience or innovative stint, will charge oneself with a great pride. If these things are recognised in a job offer, one will certainly get more delighted! But, one should also realise that the job offer should not end up as a filler to finish a task or a project, by flattering too much to rope you in!
