Ease of Use

idea posted by Subhash Kamble Business Analyst, Mentor Graphics
The CRM should be easy to use, it shouldn't be that technical and I don't want to spend lot of time on learning to use CRM, It should be easy and clean, workable interface that will allow me to capture, store and use customer information.

Accurate Data

The CRM program which we choose should have the ability to capture and process the relevant information accurately. If it not accurate we will not commit to using it 100% and it becomes an afterthought rather than a tool to center your business around.

I was so used to using the company's database to retrieve information that I didn't use the CRM software to its fullest.

Affordability

idea posted by Mihir Ghosh Business Analyst, Oracle
With wide availability of CRM offerings the prices would be very low. However thats a wrong thinking. Buying different relationship management programs being used by various salespeople in the same office just adds up the cost. By buying a package that everyone agreed is the best as we can increased productivity without adding a large expense.
