Before asking for help one has to stand up and say 'Yes I want to fight for my rights'. Today girls are more empowered than they were sometime back and there are many who have choice. An educated woman should stand against dowry, group of educated women should come forward to help the less fortunate and less educated women and hence form a chain reaction. |

kavitha ji first of all you have to tell us the question rightly. inspire for what? other thing is i dont think anyone can inspire the other. it is the human itself who takes inspiration from other. so if you will ask to anyone who is your ideal, each and every one will give the different answer.
Some will say mahatma gandhi, some will say nelson mandela and some will take others name.
That is the person who make inspiration for himself not us or not the inspirational person itself.
Now The question is why you want to become doctor, engineer, architect and so on. because you are also inspired somewhere at somebody. you had an essence before for what you are now. and how this essence comes in to you.
your general nature, your surroundings and the most important thing how much you know about the various fields.
you can not go in to a field you never heard of. so the first step is to educate and spread knowledge to every and every women of this world. When they will educate, they will get knowledge about what fields are available then only they can make a choice to take inspiration from any person or any book or any family member or anybody

Find How women's are living in other advance countries there work,education,efficiency,personal life , social life etc why always old tradition thoughts , keep moral in modern times , Moral and good conduct should be in mind, behavior,interaction,social responsibility.Living mod but having faith in religion, nation ,own duties and implemented in real life is necessary .
Indians have accepted and adopted modern life keeping customs as personal part of life .
Nature tendency is that it never remains same keeping basic principal intact,so humans have to adopt. if avatars of vishnu every avatar is different it is not repetition it is proof. Women has more or equal importance . Go to the time of Mahabharata only kunti given kids is women, even durvaswho has avery bad smell and very ugly in looks even though he is a big master one godly power shankara (Real brother of lord Datta) was accepted by mothers of heros pandu , dhrutrashtra,sanjay. so women feminist is the center of the world . People should not show drama , show the real worth. Earth is termed as wife of Lord vishnu on which all men lives !!!!!.Education should be imparted at all levels metros , cities and rural parts from school and colleges how to behave with other gender specially women !!!. few womens could be notorious .it is part of life . Human behavior and tendency which is present in males could be at higher level.
He / she is not independent . Every one has take somebody's supports , even in such situations women's have shoulder to shoulder working and success with men.

I was told by my friend that one teacher who teaches primary school children near our Waga border, used to take all her student after class to the Waga border and used to hoist flag and singing National Anthem by saluting the national flag. Hence she used to inspire all children to develop integrity towards our nation India. In India we respected women very high without proper appreciation.

Ms. Kavita this is really an appreciable step taken by you, according to me there is an additional subject should placed on the schooling about women strength(may be compulsory), then the female babies can know their strength among the society and make a good balance between Society's moral values and their Protection against Unsocial Elements, before adulthood they have a lot of knowledge about their capabilities and power, protection, so that the molestation rate will decrease definitely, and the child's parent will also take interest because as a school subject and recognized by Education Board.

I feel women are better position today and respected them in general.Many of them in commanding position. Even in rural area they dominate and run their family efficiently. They have more strength compare to men. K. Rajagopalan.

Show the women the life of many who are already on the top. Mainly take effort to stop the movies which pictograph girls as only objects of lust (Love) and sex and they do nothing but love a failure/poor mechanic/milkman who finally rules in the movies. This kills the imagination of girls from childhood. There are many to discuss but let start with the big influencing media, cinema.

It could be good message and real life movie to show different success ,achievements stories of women at national and international level concerning different life situations .
Across the globe,women see them portrayed like being a incapable being, in the media.Not to misunderstand that being a CEO in an industry is the success. Whatever the girl is inspired at, she can excel. To that she could be guided, just as a boy needs to know. Show them.

First of all we should change marriage rituals. Girls should be educated and a man marrying a girl should give a bind that he will allow his wife work outside and he will also equally participate in work at home. In many homes men don't work at home. They think cooking or washing cloths/dishes is bellow their dignity. After one child both men and woman should undergo sterilization. If the child dies they should adopt an orphan. Woman should be given paid holiday of 1 year (Breast feeding period). After all each child will have grand parents who would love to be with their grand child. If grand parents are not there then It should be the responsibility of the society to take care of the child till the age of 5. Woman will then will be able to contribute to the development.

These are all canard against women that "women are enemy of women." Such and other bias are being spread to keep them under the carpet.The gender bias has to be softened nd share the platform with women on equal footing.Stop the madness of considering them as weakling.These and other measures will inspire them wo move alongwith men.

From the beginning of this creation of earth, you will find that the lot of women have ruled/done wonderful achievement/shown very good integrity and they are progressing continuously. Nobody has stopped. During independence fight for our country they have taken equal responsibility as men took. Even some cases it is more than men by doing dual roles(home/society).This is a nature. Now I do not know why we are discussing the question of initiatives must be taken to inspire women across the globe. As per my knowledge, in urban/semi urban and most of the village majority of the parents gives equal opportunity for education/sports for both gender. It is individual to decide what they want to become & work for the same. I wish all the best for all the women to become success in their life. Balance the life and enjoy your life. God has balanced the earth by giving good physical strength to men and good mental strength to women. We will understand the same & live for the same. For example women are more successful in primary school teaching profession than men. Similarly wherever the job requires more physical strength men are successful. We will stop the argument and properly utilizing both strength and move forward.

Thanks for your chance to spell a few words. Women are doing well as an employee as well as a mother or wife or daughter. But the social transformation like marriage, childbirth have a role in their professional life. They are treated and viewed as madams. They also change their lifestyles afterwards. The care in image building before these social status, is slowly disappearing. Men will allow some freedom for being a mom and women accept and enjoy those facilities. This should not be happened in this era. They should practice and balance their work life and personal life. They learn how to differentiate these two. Before marriage, they take care on proving their importance in their field. They tried to grow more knowledge in their working area. But after social transformation, they have less concentration towards this and fade away. They should continue to learn and enhance their skills and knowledge to compete with other colleagues as before. This is the need for women employees and executives now. If they prove, the views will change on.

the only problem women face in the third world countries is about empowerment. They have very little or no voice. They lack in representation. There are no women to back others in misery. If they gang up and set their foot down, they can change the way people behave. India had a fair share of such great women. Indira Gandhi was a prime example. She stepped her foot down and defeated Pakistan in her first term. That is the stuff women are made of. Alas there are no takers for such action today and hence they are lagging behind.
