I feel that the usage of papers for the office use should be reduced and focus should be given on use of digital processes for on-boarding employees - electronic job offer, electronic agreements, paperless I-9 processing and verification, etc. This will help in huge cost savings and environmental benefits too. |

You are the future of your nation. Development of economy is in your hand. An only principle of equality is to be followed at the International Level. There are many religions in the world and all the preachers, teachers, saints; priests speak about equality when they spread the gospel of their religions. I have also gone through the Holy Bible, Holy Quran, Holy Geeta, Holy Tripitak, Holy Grantha Sahib Etc. and found that the books speak about equality among all. There is no citation of anomaly or discriminations in the said books. Even constitutions of all the nations also speak about equalization. Now is the time we have to find out the real truthful persons from all the religions who can argue in favor of equalization of the values of all the currencies in the world. The individual, person or a nation, who will protest/complaint against equalization of the value of all the currencies, we may treat that person or nation as a terrorist nation, because, equalization of the values most develop the economy of all the nations. There will not be a single poor or beggar in the world. Within the available natural and human resources, we can able to provide 100% job opportunities in the agricultural sectors and others as it is the basic foundation of the economy as defined by Adam Smith, the father of economics.
I have already contacted with most of the Economists of USA, Australia, Thailand, Netherland, Canada, France, Belgium, and South Africa,Russia,Germany,Pakistan,Nigeria,Kenya,Nepal,Bhutan,Bangaladesh,Sri Lanka,Saudi Arabia, who are strongly in favor of the value equalization of all the currencies for economy development of all the nations, because value-equalization can eradicate poverty from all the nations. Even after equalization can provide 100% job opportunities in agricultural and other sectors.
For example….. India procures crude oil by paying $ 40 dollar or above per Barrel it means Rs.2000.00 per barrel in India rupees. After equalization, India has to pay only Rs. 40.00 or above instead of Rs. 2000.00 and can save up to Rs.1600.00 per barrel. Not only in crude oil, but also in other importing products/materials, India will save a lot after value-equalization. Not only India, all the nations will be benefited after equalization and their economy must be developed.
After equalization, there will not be a single piece of agricultural land un-utilized. All the nations including India can able to provide free medical care, free shelter, free education, and free light along with 100% job opportunities. Please Make India and other poor nations as developed countries at par with others. Please communicate all of your friends to extend their co-operation for equalization to develop the Indian economy along with other nations to eradicate poverty in toto, which is quite possible.
Please make of your mind for equalization to develop the economy of India along with all the nations.

I feel we need to bring awarness among the employees. For which we need to educate employees and bring ownership among each one of them. We need to publish about Green HR, tell them the pros and cons of them. |

bring Green Hr to the notice of the employees is definately needeed but before that I feel that Practices and Principles need to be first brought to the notice of the Top Level Management. Once they approve of the idea/ they desire to practise Green HR, the idea/concept will automatically transfer to the middle/lower middle level management and thus the concept of Green HR will be implemented. the functioning of the concept will also be smooth as there will be no hurdles tht Green HR will have to face

The HR manager must be aware of the carbon emission by the employees. here they must aware employees about the carbon footprints. the focus should be teaching employees how to reduce their cabon footprints. HR should encourage people to abstain from creation activities like unnecessary print outs, xerox,switching off lights, fans, ACs after office hour etc. The best way to aware employees about GREEN HR is to conduct a research study among them to understabd their knowledge and then thereafter conduct learning prog.. |

Green HR has to be instilled in the mind of everyone in the organization for this the organization should commnicate a lot to educate the concept towards motivating all to implement and flourish this concept. |

Definitely agree with you sir, also one can go for the GO GREEN revolution , in this way members of the organization be educated and use of some motivation tool can be adopted.

I do agree with "educate & motivate". This can be done through HR professionals. HR professional are more brilliant than civil service holders of the nation. If they are given chances to administration, they can able to change the eoconomy. I am infavour of HR professional. HRM is more important than others.
