When I find some one in need of help, I reach out to help that needy person. After that act of help or kindness I get a feeling of great satisfaction and feeling of joy at that time even without my own knowledge a smile breaks out a smile that gives me a feeling of goodness. At time the help taker acknowledges with a sense of joy, then the smile on my face lights up even brighter.

Acts of humanity are greatly rewarded today. Not in a monetary sense, but with honor and valor, and the respectability of your peers. That’s sufficient to make one smile.
I tried it, I helped a guy who was lost and did not had any money to return to his hometown, me and my friends found his problem was genuine and arranged a ticket for him and gave him some money for the journey.
Couldn't sleep that night because of excitement that i helped someone without any motive. It was a wonderful sleepless night.

It changes person to person,if parents then smiling face of their children and their success,if friends then helping his/her friend,if doctor then after successfull operation hence it depends on person to person thought.

We all must have seen these kids either begging or selling small balloons, toys, maps, charts etc., These kids should be playing with the toys, should be in a position to read these charts etc.,instead of selling them. Some real life experiences that have helped get a smile on the face of these kids are as under 1) I gave these kids ice creams which they would have tasted some time in their life. The smile on the face of these kids was worth a million a dollars. 2) I gave the kids who play on the sands at the construction site, toys that have outgrown my kids - they were very happy with the toys - the smile was worth cherishing. 3) Drawing books and color pencils given to a few kids have made them bring out the hidden talent among them and a smile which was priceless. Thus a smile on the face of a poor kid gives me a smile and satisfaction of having won a lottery. |

I don't know how many of you would have experienced this but to me it really works. Whenever I am angry,frustrated,disappointed or do experience any kind of bitter feelings I don't go in search of a cute baby or smile of a poor boy or do a work satisfactorily to make me smile and move on. All I do is relax a minute and the memories of my beloved ones which flash in my mind gives me a smile and I move on happily. I hope it is the best thing which you need not go in search off around and it brings the smile and happiness present inside you to your face.

The genuine smile appears, when you are in full element.It varies how one perceives the response.It is about 30 plus years time,i met a close friend of mine after a gap of 10 years and we hugged ,laughed and enjoy the time.
