This is quite difficult to sort out .. and also depends on the length n complexity of the project... Both factors are inversly propotional to each other...and in long run it may goin to affect the productivity factor among employees, if forced more towards...thnx |

That's a effective idea..
I would say costomer satisfaction should be the top priority for any project
and given a choice b/w time and money then i'll go with time
if you are completing in short span of time it will automatically sve the money and if your project is good enough so you will earn lots of money.
Quality as most of the time is affecting "Money" part.1) For example suppose one decides to Travel from Mumbai To Delhi, he/she can go by train or Airplane. Here there is direct fight between "Time" & "Money" 2) When the same person decides to travel by Train A/C class rather than ordinary class Or decides to travel by Airplane by Business Class rather than Economy class then the issue of "Quality" comes.
The point is even if we say Quality rules but it again leads us to think between Time & Money only !!

Both factors are equally important. They can be combined together through optimal work productivity plan.

Yes ultimately that is the user to decide , because if u go for quality then above two are looses importancy.

Its ROI wchich is important for the client yes time to market is also critical in many cases but that has direct relation with ROI so money is what is imp
