Hi Salvador, The organization must plan where it wants to go before trying to make any changes in the organizational culture. With a clear picture of where the organization is currently, the organization can plan where it wants to be next. Mission, vision, and values should be examined for both the strategic and the value based components of the organization. This will help to transform your corporate culture..... |

Change in any section is executed by the same simple basic steps like in the PDCA.
Benchmark where you are, Decide where you want to go, Plan the road map. the PDCA cliocks in. This is standard, Passe.
But in the case of things like CORPORATE CULTURE, this has to start at the very TOP. and TOP means TOP. You have to walk your talk. You cannot come late daily and expect your other staff to come on time. Moment the staff finds that the bosses are committed, change is simple and easy.
Develop an action plan for the particular organization and implement it effectively....
It is by changing the mindset of individuals that finally leads to corporate culture change. And to do so, you would have to change organization, systems, processes, work environment etc. first from top down, with strong leadership, commitment from the top management.
And the methodology to change corporate culture is the 8 steps of "Leading Change" by Dr. Kotter from Harvard.
Change Management model of our company is based on this book/8 steps.
The best way to change a corporate culture (otherwise called organizational culture) is using appreciative interventions such as appreciative leadership, appreciative team development, appreciative project management, appreciative training, appreciative strategic planning, appreciative mentoring, appreciative facilitation, appreciative review, appreciative living, and appreciative coaching.
you can't change corporate but You can change Individuals

Existing/established things, particularly like culture may appears to be difficult to change. However, change causes changes. Particularly changes adopted by top of the corporates being adopted by others quite quickly. Thus, if any change is expected, let it be started by some corporate Idol like Tata, Birla, Ambani etc. |

It is not an easy task to change the culture of an organisation, however possible it may seem. Its a very long drawn and gradual process and people should be ready to accept the slow change. To make the change, it is necessary to change the thought process of the people working there, the environment, way of functioning. Each step will be a baby step towards that big change. |

Corporate culture is important because it can make or break your company. Corporate with adaptive culture aligned to their designated work will always beat their competitors. This kind of achievement is decided by what kind of culture the corporate is following. As the corporate matures from a startup to more established one, the corporate culture will change. The changes can be positive or negative which might be due to some particular reason. The changes can be major ones or minor ones. The corporate should be aware of such changes that take place for the smooth sailing in the future. There are 3 best ways to change the corporate culture 1) Assess the corporate culture. 2) Determine the desired corporate culture. 3) Align the corporate culture. |

It depends on what your private clients have. It would be good to have short-term as well as long-term projects. It would be good to just concentrate on private clients. Best regards. |
