Courage to begin is more important than the willingness to achieve. For fear of failure many hesitate to start a new venture though every one wants to succeed and achieve.

The Indian technology industry got its start running call centers and doing low-level IT work for western firms. Then, in the 2000s, it started taking on higher-level IT tasks, offering management consulting services, and performing sophisticated R&D. Now there is another transition happening, one far more significant: a transition to development of innovative technology products. A Instead of providing IT services as the big outsourcing companies do, a new breed of startups is developing high-value products based on intellectual property. |

Yes Veena I am in total agreement with your view point. In my opinion the scene is changing for the better.

In India no doubt training facilities have grown by leaps and bound but there is no cohesive integration developed to groom young people to become entrepreneur. Of late some efforts are afoot in this direction but it is just a knee-jerk effort as there is need for paradigm change and develop a holistic strategy to groom youngsters to become entrepreneurs.

Ya market variations can also play an important role & inhibit the process youth entrepreneurs.

Lack of encouragment and support from the family also is one of the inhibitors. Most of the young entreprenuers have ideas and interest towards business, but they also require a support from the family or friends side, which would actually bolster their confidence level.

Funding is the major inhibitor for innovation. No one would like to fund for R&D projects. Every funder looks for time-tested projects and therefore the drive in youth entrepreneur stops there! Youth entrepreneurs should look for Unique projects to carve a niche, otherwise, they will have to face a stiff competition from the able businessmen.

Every one ideates. Not all ideas become reality. If one is persistent with inner conviction, no matter what comes mid-way, the idea will succeed!
