I think this is the biggest hurdle interms of India-Pakistan talks and on most occasions Pakistan has fell way short of its commitments all the way till now, but we should not give up. And India could not fully realize its development potential if it did not have friendly ties with its neighbours. And the same was echoed by the PM lately. So, it is really important to address the issue of trust deficit between the two countries. |

The main Thrust should be, but unfortunately, a hurdle is mutual trust. India's approach has been, so far, very cordial, sympathetic and with a helping hand. But, on the other hand, Pakistan is under the clutches of various jihadi groups, the ISI and the Army. The jihadi groups of Pakistan have become a frankenstein for Pakistan and became uncontrollable. The funniest part is that, I think, they themselves do not understand clearly, what the jihadi moment is all about and after all, whose jihad. But, they are continuing their moment and involved in terrorist activities under the influence of worldwide terrorist groups. The ISI, on the other hand, is neither recognizing the importance of the welfare of the country and their people, nor able to set the path of progress in their own way. The elected government is more or less a puppet in the hands of all these factions. Sometimes, they come forward for fighting the terrorism and, sometimes, watches everything like a stooge. So, the elected government of Pakistan should come clean with their policies and programmes and strictly adhere to such programmes. Already, irreparable damage has been caused to its own country. Now, this is high time, Pakistan understands the need for real development, its progress and welfare of the people without fear or favour to any particular group. It should act with responsibility towards its people. First of all, let them set right their own house; lest, there would be nothing left for talks.

Kashmir prob cannot b solved. After Nehru's complaint to UNO in 1947, UNO gave the ruling that first of all Pakistan should pull out forces, then India should pullout forcesand then the pleabesite b done. Pakistan never took the first step. Our government vows to resolve the issuebut they never refer this UNO decision. Kashmir issur is trileteral, while our government calls it biletral, then how it can solve the problem. There r many questions to b answered. Why did Nehru stopped forces n announced cease fire in 47. What was the need of tashkent resolution n simla pact, when we couldnt ask pakistan to vacate kashmir at that time. In 1971, we vacated the land won in the war, but never asked pakistan to vacate kashmir. Why India calls Pakistan MFN, if it is constantly creating problems since 47.

Pakistanis are like parrots. They repeat the same lines again and again.... "Kassab is not Pakistani", "Dawood is not in Pakistan", "we dint do this", "There are no terrorists in Pakistan", "ISI is not involved", and so on.... One gets irritated after a while when they find the opposite party very non-committed and uncooperative. The same is happening with Indian negotiators. |

We cannot say that media is favoring any party. BJP or congress media comes out with anything which is good or bad in both the parties. We start thinking too much and try to find clues which can make our perception stronger.. |
this is nothing but an irony of democracy...we have very limited choice to find a lesser devil amongst all .. |
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Friday admitted to goofing up on its 'most wanted' list, that was to be handed over to Pakistan, and has now withdrawn the list from its website. How irresponsible is this?! If they can do this then... |
