It is very important how the company deals with their employees. Care needs to be taken to see that the documents presented by the employees are valid and also, the contract offered to the employee should also be in terms with the Law. Laying off employees is not a joke. It deals with the life of so many people. The company does not have the right to just retrench without any basis. Legal action can be taken against the company for such acts. So the company needs to take the help of the lawyers to help them follow the right procedure.

It is very crucial subject since most of the employments come under law of contracts and provisions are clear. So far as Industrial law in collateral terms of contract are concerned, it is to be looked from surrounded aspects as well. Nonetheless, the Constitutionally it is a violation of right in general and need proper attention of the Legal Luminaries particularly law makers. Offcourse, Lawyers are a key to add but to what extent they are aiding in implementation of other Laws is not hidden from anybody.
Recession has brought about lot of lay off activities and all those employees may not deserve to be victims like this. So it is important for the lawyers to make sure that the reasons for laying them off are valid. Otherwise , if the employees appeal, the company could be in big trouble.
