Yes this is also another very good mood refreshing things.. I also do this so many times...
Chatting with your friends and sharing with them the actual problem is the best solution to refresh your mood and will make u feel relax. Suggestions from our friends helps us to rethink what has actual happened and what was the reason for happening that. As we all know that if we know the cause of problem then we can easily find out the solution as per the problem. So therefore talk to your friend, make your self cool, bring good thoughts in mind by thinking positively.
I am very much supporting you, when we are in bad mood chat wilh friend or some one close to me is verymuch relaxing

For me, music uplifts my mood....I really come back to normal state..if I'm upset when I listen to music...best friend and always there for me...in reach..to make my mood right.
Though I agree with you, I am still of the opinion that it depends on the time, situation and the person concerned. And also, the relative importance of the situation obtaining at that particular point of time may compel you to feel in various ways.
It definitely depends on individuals....but I observed most of them get relaxed listening to music....n infact I get refreshed only with music..
I support this idea and agree with Ritujee. Though it involves some expenditure.. It fully refreshes.

refreshing of mood is depends upon the person, what kind of his/her nature. as i m very cool & Decent so i like writing poems or some times i will go alone for long drive in my Bike with romantic songs playing on my cell. |

I don't find anything more refreshing than a decent book. Agreed it sounds weird. But different people are wired differently, right..? To use a popular example, just as people normally listen to different genres of music depending on their mood, the type of books I read is dependent on the mood I am in. Light giggles like that of Chetan Bhagat, Stephen Levitt liven up the mood while the serious stuff like that of Richard Dawkins, Nassim Taleb liven up the mind. I remember a quote "I always find the television stimulating and educative. because whenever someone switches it on, I move to the adjacent roo picking up a book",, Dunno which great mind said that.. Music though is a close second.. |

Almost everybody sometime or the other falls into the temporary pit of our own environment known as the 'MOOD'. In the natural environment gusts of small whirlwinds arise here and there suddenly (scattering sand, dust, light weight debris) out of nowhere and subside as mysteriously as it had evolved; similar are our mood and its swings. We know ourselves the best hence also know our moody remedies........only we don't apply them consciously and obviously for one purposeful subconscious reason i.e. "To grab attention from the environment around us". Primarily if the aforesaid condition (people around us, near & dear ones, guardians, beautiful mother nature, food, materialistic benefits and solutions) comes to our rescue the mood swing starts to subside automatically like the whirlwind. Therefore we can make a conscious effort to understand our immediate reason for the 'mood off' and suppress it. BUT I believe seldom mood swings are good as it happens to enliven our life after it subsides. |

If there is enough time, watch a movie that suits your taste and surely forget anything thats bothering ur mind. While at work, I prefer a nice chat with colleagues that does not involve work. |

It could be anything for different people. It could be even a combination of different things. What is important is you should be doing what you like the most and that which relaxes you as a result. For some it could be just plain sleeping or cooking a new dish or meditating. One needs to identify what relaxes and pleases oneself and do it accordingly and not be influenced by any lists. |

In my view cool and clear mindedness and a generous smile on your face will soleve all problems. In this complex society one is hurt and mood spoiled very often. But, if you are smart enough you do not yield or do not fall prey. Be your self all ways whether at home or at work place. It solves all inherent possible differences among groups, when you are a part of it. Inspite of being your self, still once in a while if you become off moods, just reminiscent about some pleasant things about you and your spouse/friend by closing your eyes for a few minutes or share a joke with your friends/family members and laugh it off.It will deffinetely help you.
