For me pursuing Executive MBA is mainly because of Career development and the financial returns, as one can easily get into the management level in an organization, where the pay scale is really good and also career development happens in the first place.. |

My reasons can be summed up into pursuing a better life. this encompasses (1)getting more and new knowledge inorder to remain very relevant in my chosen field,(2) getting more money and (3) to be in a position to inspire people to be the best they can be which happens to be my life purpose.

Exec MBA would help to enhance the knowledge of the managers who already is performing th job. This would help us to improve the problem solving solution and other business aspects which the managers might not have been involved in their real time
|
it will help us in broadening our vision and come up with new innovative ideas how to tackle the clients/workers/friends/bosses/juniors etc in an organisation.
and after all money matters always..
in short "shortcut to grow fast....""
