1 Great customer experience
2 Strategic networking

Great customer experience

idea posted by Jayant Vishnu Art Director/Sr Art Director, Creative
According to me, there is no marketing technique which is quite as powerful as compelling like the positive word of mouth and there is no better way to achieve it than by providing customers with an experience they just have to talk about. To improve your odds of getting positive word of mouth, like conduct a survey at the organization, if your brand is talking about quality, then make sure that quality is reflecting everywhere in the branding designs for the product. And if the brand is talking about saving money then give importance to the cheap factor all over to give that edge in its category. Like this making the Brand work is very important, and this will leave the customer with a great experience of working with you, and this helps is successful micro branding.

Strategic networking

Creating awareness is the fundamental of marketing. You can serve as your number one promoter but only if you first think through your plan and decide up front who you want to target. Handing out business cards at the monthly  social events isn't called  strategic networking. Effective networkers attend various and many different events and actively seek out new faces rather than hanging out with the same old people.
