Use of IT in Power sector is definetly going to be in big demand. Specially, when it comes to use renewal sources of energy, its distribution, managing grids, smart metering. forecasting of Power Generation and demand etc are few areas were IT support is required.

I guess in order to bring stability to the Indian IT industry, it is very much necessary that we depend on the rural market rather than the overseas. Govt. is one of the major user or IT services and have a fixed budget approach towards IT. We have already seen progress in e-governance and other IT related initiatives and obviously they are the business generators for the IT companies. I think to strengthen the IT scenario in India, govt. can step in and start the long pending IT projects. As mentioned this can be in the area of power, governance etc and can be based on the latest technologies. Cloud computing etc. are new concepts which will surely be developed and worked upon due to commercial reasons and will provide an added dimension to IT companies' portfolio but not much to their revenues as such. |

I think Government Projects with its steady flow of capital along with ability to absorb huge training costs for fresh associates is the way we are heading in the future

we are already so much back lock in IT industry that's why at the end of the 2009 we launches windows 2007 and ms-office 2007 which is still not free available on internet for use by the person in IT field. the time at which we have to launch windows 2009 and also provide windows 2009 professional to give authority to all users
now to increase the IT demands we have to discover some new devices and some great software's , some great internet plans and launch new kind of computer notebooks give the control of each & every sites from each & every way means user friendly things which can remove all limitations and we do not need to comes one step back to go to some another place
we have to do some more great thing in IT industry to gain profit of unlimted value's |

The way to go is SI/turnkey projects as the user Industry has also matured over the years and everybody wants a single owner Project window and this in turn will increase the collaboration among different IT Organisations |
