Social media sites should be accepted at work. Currently, over 50% of businesses completely ban employees from using these sites. But they should see the lure of using this technology for customer acquisition and satisfaction and should give it a try. It can help business in a very great manner. |

Many say we want this and that from my workplace, i say i need a workplace where i can grow and strenthen myself. I should be free to put forward my ideas, and the higher officials should consider my ideas.I should feel free to talk when there is something going wrong at my workplace.I should be the active member of my workplace and not just the one who daily does the same job and says nothing. Education is important because, first of all, people need to know that discrimination still exists. It is still real in the workplace, and we should not take that for granted. |

Absolutely I am agree with this view that work place should be one which allows you to learn and grow ,these type of place only we can get where there is freedom is there to express our view ,learn new things and we should have ability to take decisions.

As said by my frnds Gargi sinha regarding “transparent management” and abhyuday regarding chance to grow up and avoid discrimination”. Like this every buddy have there own opinions but they all cannot be adopted, coz misuse or may have the disadvantages. Like copy & paste, means one’s Idea can be theft and applied by another and if there is a transparency between u and higher management then there may be a chance of negligence or misbehave. That’s why they keep some boundaries/Distance. Of course this is not correct and not all but at lest we need the “transparent Management” and “chance to grow up and avoid discrimination” but this things we only have to manage and maintain in our organization and we have to create an atmosphere, like many mind but one view with many thoughts, implementations, creativities, and all the things which takes you to the growth. If we maintain this kind of workplace then I am sure the day is not so far that a CEO will place his seat beside of you, and I hope this is what we all need in our workplace as soon as possible. |
