What makes women successful in Indian banking industry?

Retail banking is more of a relationship thing and women excel at that.In the Indian context, while women have started venturing out to work in the corporate world, they have been handling relationships at home too, as a wife or a mother. This nurturing and adjusting attitude flows into the workplace as well.

Let us not confine the women in banking industry alone.In all other industries where they are present they are succeeding and will continue to,at all levels.Most women who want to succeed have the determination to do so and they achieve.

Besides what men see around women are more holistic in thought than men by nature of the amounts of diverse works ,pressure,people to attend,complexities and the most important of all is that they see it at different angle which many men with financing wizarry cannot look through.

it is a miracle made mind suitable for investment, banking, revnue geration,profits all held in one mind with a network or various issues seen by them as a larger view.in other words they have an egales eye for specifics.

Well! many men are also equay good but women are a shade definitely better when it comes to home or bank.

They are more tolerant and can absorb the shock of failures and forcast much earlier adn take decisions.Its not like men who had run the banks just before recession had brought many industrial development and people's development to a halt.

Women' mental ability to tackle banks are more akin to thier temperaments and are best suited.they are the best PR managers and best negotiators and alwats try on a win win situation.

More than men they have more belongingness to an organisation.

But men with their chauvnistic thoughts do not alllow them to atleast do business for them.Which is meaningful.

If I had an opportunity to run a bank.Well! I would prefer women in the forefront of it.

They are excellent managers of money and other activities too.
