Signal system is the main hindrance in increasing the average speed of trains. Latest Automatic signal systems, will significantly improve the speed, reduce the commuting time as well as increase the safety multifold. |

Better tracks, better engines so as to ensure on time delivery with highest standards of safety. That is the prime thing which our railway has still not achieved satisfactorily.Other facilities are secondary. When I pay more for a Rajdhani Express or Shatabdi Express it is primarily to reach my home faster and not for the food served and the mannerism of catering staff or telephone or internet or mobile charging points etc. |

Indian Railway should introduce the facility of smart cards for passengers who travel frequently via Indian Railways. With these smart cards, customers can buy tickets at kiosks. This will be very helpful for them. |
