my guess is that our relationships on toostep are created through acts of participation, contribution, reciprocation, recognition, respect and benevolence – may we add mature behaviour !! My mantra would be - "Always pay forward and never forget to pay back”. how about you. do post your thoughts. |

Everybody will have his/her own perception towards a particular problem. These differences of opinion on a positive note will provide alternative solutions to a problem, allows us to look at the problem in a new dimension. Contradictions will tend to crop up. When you are open and has the tendency to respect others opinion, there is no place for contradiction. So my mantra is respecting the others opinion.
