I believe that by treating the customer who is making store return as a new customer would help a lot in this regard. Endless questions should not be asked to this customer which would make him tortured. Staff should respond in kind and remain calm and friendly as he is a fresh customer throughout the return process. This kind of dealing can calm an angry customer and will certainly help achieve the goal of making the store return process as pleasant as possible. |

I think the best way to handle the store return is by making the return process as fast and simple as possible. People are not normally cheerful when they're making store returns so the employees should be trained in such a manner that staff is trained to use whatever computer program store uses for this and to fill out a form if required. that is customer should not be asked to wait for long to finish the procedure. |
