Today we are in the competitive world..there are many players in the market ... effective leads has to be generated and the leads should convert into an enquiry , enquiry to prospecting. prospecting to requirements than proposals, negotiations  and closure, hence whatever the lead we generate should be more effective and prosperous. To achieve this cycle leads generating through refrences and links will be more effective

Leads through reference are best. Generatin of leads through reference gives more positive leads.

Always be in touch with ur existing clients.who will be of more value.

Try to get nearer to the customer by rendering small services.

The bests lead generation system should generate names, addresses, and even email addresses of people who respond and are interested in knowing more about specific product or service. It should help to get permission from the people to contact them after the seller contact with them. It shows the success of the lead generating system in the firm. And after that the seller should be able to give best sales presentation about the product offered by them. With that presentation he should be able to transform lead to a customer.

Yes to some extent it is the anticipated process of Lead Generation system in a firm... but there should be protocols assigned to track and monitor the process of Lead Generation so that effective leads are coming through the system and also the generated leads has been addressed effectively so that the leads are converted into a customer... at the end we should have the statistics the conversion of leads to prospects to customer. It is the big challenge for any firm to actually put this process into practical and implement it

Yes it is a way of lead generation through email. But in India it is not spreaded as USA or UK. Take example of ourself when we have to buy any product then we go for a look physically. when people like us who sits every day 3-4 hours on system minimum then do this, then what about rest india which we know properly. So when we will use social networking for lead  generation then its productivity will be higher than use of technology.

Why?   Because the customers are afraid that they may:

-- buy the wrong model

-- be buying from the wrong company

-- pay too much

-- not like it when they get it home

-- not have done enough research

etc., etc., etc.

It's just like being a Doctor to their needs after listening them carefully..!!

The ultimate lead generation system should generate predictable results. That is it should increase the business when it is operating and when system is not working, it should maintain that increased business. It need to be like, it should continue giving results after the system stops operating also. It should help in maintaining the number of customers.

Any system that allows you to find companies that have allocated budget to utilize a particular service that you are vending within your price negotiation bandwidth which brings good business with low sales cycles.

This takes time, this is a system, and hence includes your internal network built within the salesforce, processes, knowledge banks that contian a database of clients, contacts, their existing systems, their budgets. It also means you need to work to build and make this system effective, and examine - review - audit these systems.

Culture is important, to ensure responsive and proactive responsible persons are there within this, as this  is a   people sensitve business, and one needs to show the best faces, manners, culture, ethics on display at all contact  points with the client.

when we are getting any lead then we have to get in process of its effective use. We should go for enquiry, requirement identification, deal negotiation and freezing the deal. But in the process, we have to transfer or reserve those unproductive lead with their future requirement in another services can be provided by our side. If lead generator is involved in 3rd party business then it will be beneficial to them providing a prospective lead to their customers...

So the way we can get more prospective leadof our business as well as we can generate some business by providing non usefull leads of own organisation but they may be productiv for other busines. It can be done between many organisation with collaboration or in term of money too...

3rd Party Agency

Liasoning with a 3rd party agency can be another option for companies to build a good lead generation system.In IT,trying stuff like tech target, cmp media etc will help create the necessary awareness and a good pipleline. In my opinion, the best lead generation system will be the one which is constantly filling up our sales funnel.
