Details about the job is pretty much requisite if a recruiter really wants to have submissions what is more important is your own willingness in talking to the candidate your own self confidence on the candidate is 100% match to the requirement, how you start your e-mail, got to be very innovative rather than following very standard format of sending e-mail to the candidate, your approach to the candidate over the phone how you introduce yourself, your company, your client, how you make him feel comfortable over the phone. if these things are religiously followed I bet any candidate will talk to you for at least 2 min no matter how much busy he/she is. |
