Parents are nothing but God...There is no Death for God...& he always live with u.. so don't Consider who they r Lose their parent.They always Watching u....
its ok mr sameer kamble ji i want this b'coz parent's are the image of GOD in our life no body doesn't want to loose this precious gift but we also have to accept this truth that nothing is bigger then GOD (Generator, Operater & Destroyer) then also we think Google is greater than GOD can google give or take any one's life ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
@monika , sorry for launching this type of debate. but i know this type of debates and solutions will help children and youngsters who lose a parent.

Loss of spouse may affect differently on the base of present conditions of the persons age, level and community. According to that he/she need to be taken to not disturb her/his career keep in view of the dependents.
If not, live with the spouse memories and enjoy in fulfilling her dreams to be completed in sharing with children.
BUT NO LOSS IS GREATER THAN THIS

"No answer" is not the solution and it is also related to our Professional life. It is professional for those who have faced this situation when they were only making thier career, for those who are not capable to deal this situation effectively. It is painful truth of life and everbody have to accept this truth. This is the time to take a right decision. We saw many examples in which youngsters are in grief because they think because thier parents were no more so they are not in that position as thet expected to be. They always give this a reason for thier failureness in life. So, I think this debate and the solutions which we will get by this debate help those who are still thinking like this. Take a right decision is very helpul for handling this situation very effectively. Don't be selfish at this moment ,Think for the other family members of yours. Think what your parents have expected from you and what you had thought for them to do. Always keep in mind that He/She is always with you. Always think what your parents will take decision when they will be in particular situation. Never think seperate from them. Take a right decision will help you to give a right direction towards your career as well as your family members future also. So never feel helpless in this situation be strong. Your parents are always with you, may be they are noy physically present but in your heart and in your memories they will remain alive. Thanks MR. Kamble.

The parents are the sun-moon around which their children orbit. With the death of the parent(s), the linkage between the siblings tend to get weakened. Slowly, they tend to drift apart and become "relative strangers"

If at all possible a person should get counseling and support. Dealing with the death of a loved-one can be very hard. Sometimes it can be hard to get over or just deal with it. People have to know and understand that death is a part of life, it happens. Sometimes it can take some people a long time to learn how to cope with it and move on with their lives. But you have to remember that the death of a loved one is not something that you get over , you just learn to live with it. It’s always good to find someone to talk to until you are able to cope with the situation. We human beings are mortal beings. Your mother was the one who had shown you light after having held you in her dark chamber for over nine months wishing your safety absorbing all wreathing pains waiting for the moment to show you light, as also introduced you to your father! Who can forget their compassion and love they have extended to you all these years without a slightest expectation in return. Do not tilt a bit and follow their path to appease the departed soul who would bless you and the family all time to come! Feed the poor and needy on the day of their death anniversary!
