TO AVOID CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES MUST FOCUS ON LIFE STYLE AND FOOD HABBITS .GET UP EARLY MORING AND HAVE WALK FOR ONE HRS. AND AVOID JUNK FOOD OR OILY STUFFS.MORNIG WALK WILL HELP TO REDUCE WAIT AND TG LAVEL IN BOOLD .INDIANS ARE GETING MORE PRONE TO GET EFFECTED BY ELEVATED TG .ALSO INDIANS ARE MORE PRON TO GET CENTRAL OBECITY THAT CANE BE CONTROLED BY EXERCISE AND MORNIG WALK.
FIRST OF THERE SHOULD BE BODY WEIGHT MAINTAINCE,OBESITY IS THE MAIN CAUSE FOR CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE AND HIGH RISK FOR STROKE,EATING JUNK FOODS AND SPICY FOODS LEADS TO HIGH,LACK OF EXCERCISE INCREASES CHOLESTROL LEVEL INCREASES SO THE FORMATION CHOLESTROL AGGRESSION INCREASES IN THE ARTERIES OF OUR BODY FINAL IT FORMS AS A THROMBUS OCCLUDING THE ARTERIES,SMOKING ALSO AFFECTS THE BLOOD VESSELS AND ALSO INDUCE THE PLATELET AGGRESSION IN THE ARTERY TO FORM A THROMBUS,THIS CAN CAUSE CORONARY ARTERY DISEASE OR STROKE ,LOW CHOLESTROL LEVEL TO MAINTAIN DEPOSITION FAT IN THE ARTERIES LEADING TO ARTHERSLEROTIC CORONARY ARTERY DISEASE.DIABETES IS THE UNDERLYING CAUSE FOR CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES SO FAR,IT CAUSE THE DAMAGE TO THE BLOOD VESSELS CAUSING VASCULAR DISEASES LEADING TO HEART ATTACK AND STROKE,HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE DUE TO STRESS IS MAIN CAUSE FOR ANGINA AND HYPERTENSION,HEART ATTACK.LIFE STYLE MODIFICATION IS THE IMPORTANT FOOT STEP TO BE TAKEN IN THIS MODERN WORLD OF LIVING AND TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY LIFE STYLE AND PREVENT SUCH DISEASES."PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE."

Smoking or using other tobacco products is one of the most significant risk factors for developing heart disease. When it comes to heart disease prevention, no amount of smoking is safe. Smokeless tobacco and low-tar and low-nicotine cigarettes also are risky, as is exposure to secondhand smoke. |

well said vijay -- undoubtedly this is the major cause of cardiovascular diseases.
|
|
vijay rightly the no. one culprit is smoking and use of tobacco
additionally an exercise regimen comprising of cardios, light weights for muscle mass, yoga and aerobics for 45 minutes minimum 6 days a week, works wonders.sedentary lifestyle is culprit no 2.
a low fat diet with low carbs, vegetables and fruits, lean meat like fish (rich in omega 3 fatty acids)less consumption of dairy products, include flax seed oil (richest source of omega 3 fatty acids)in your diet.
keep your blood sugar under check.
keep away from stress.
drink 30ml whiskey or 100 ml red wine 3 times a week
and listen to what vijay pusarla has advocated, you can surely keep cardiovascular diseases at bay.

Healthy life style remains the crucial component but difficult to implement.A rather inexpensive and possibly easy to implement will be to promote widespread use of "high dose" vitamin D.The word high dose refers to use of dose in the range of at least 2000 units per day and this could have a major impact on atherosclerosis.

It is better to avoid oil diet and spicy foods and especially saturated fats because the saturated fats will have more amount of LDL(Low Density Lipids) which are very harmful and they will cause the clots within the coronary blood vessels which supply the heart and thus leading to Heart Attacks.

Sleeping too much beyond the minimum hours needed indicates that something is wrong with the body. Of many diseases that cause due to oversleep... heart attack, diabetes, hypertension are few.... heart attack being the powerful one. |

Basically clogging of the any arteries; be it the coronary arteries of the heart or the arteries of the brain, happens due to the logging of the LDL Cholesterol in the lumen of the artery and thereby causing decrease in the width of the artery. First of all you need to eat foods which do not increase the LDL cholesterol & triglyserides. Just the cholesterol is not bad, for the HDL Cholesterol helps to clear the LDL Cholesterol and the HDL Cholesterol can only be increased by excercise. So eat food which is not oily, particularly the polysaturated oils and avoide too much of red meat.
