I think how to use social media for business tops the list as one of best practices which is really important for me, as Social media has vast reach and the Word of mouth happens at a lightning speed, and people will like to try something which one of their friend or their relative suggesting to try something on. So, cracking how social media works for the business will one of the best practices which is really important to me. |

I am confused with question. But your point is well taken. According to me marketing comes when nature of product is defined. nature of Product will decide the real marking strategy. Like Marketing strategy of agricultural product will be different from industrial product.

I think customer feedback is very necessary to know ins and outs of the product and service given to the customers and for new prospect print media is best option according to me.
