I think the "5 Whys" is a simple problem-solving technique that helps users to get to the root of the problem quickly.It helps to quickly determine the root cause of a problem which is easy to learn and apply. When looking to solve a problem, it helps to begin at the end result, reflect on what caused that, and question the answer five times. |

In my opinion quality improvement project will be the best tool to take business decision. It helps cross-functional team to tackle chronic, recurrent problems which impact upon customer satisfaction. Here the job of the team lies in correctly identifying the problem,analyzing it and coming up with a solution that is acceptable to all. |
