The retail space should look like new and fresh, every-time(other day) the client enters the shop.
There must be constant change in the VM of the floor, and if there is no new stock arrival then there should be stock Revival, so that the client dosen't have a feeling of Deja-Vu. It shoul look like there is addition of new stock.

I believe main thing that should be considered in retailing is to maintain the existing customers. So such customers should get benefit in repeated purchase. So there should be special offers for them like invitation to the sponsored pro grammes, EMI scheme's, discount cards etc. |

Absolutely, repeat client appreciation and a special attention towards the taste of the client would help to hold the client.
Also, it is very important to have regular feedback from the Regular clients about their needs and about the service at the store. And this Feedback session should be given utmost important, as after your sale reps. these are the eyes and ears of the organisation.

I think straight forward schemes like a monetary discount or gets two product of the same price etc would attract customers to the shop. Indian customers always expect more value from the product than they are giving. |
