Dear Manoj, Thank you for understanding the idea. When 7 women say what (like 7 blind man described the elephant is like what) they want, we can combine it together to make it a general requirement. I invite all the ladies to participate in the idea contest.
I agree with your Idea George sir, but if I am not wrong majority of the women members are only interested in creating debates and ideates -- I said majority not all... they never interested in participating other debates --- They are more interested in increasing the no of connections... Though evolutionarily being the most sophisticated and advanced species, were never given their due acknowledgment through the ages and even now. So, how better can a man decide what women would be wanting. Lets ask them instead. However, if I am to speculate, then: 1. perhaps they would want their role be duly acknowledged and respected. 2. would like their man to instill more confidence in them so that they can pursue and excel further in their endeavor (because they have been brought up as an insecure weakling instilled with fear of the preying world around them). 3. not be considered a weakling just on the basis of masculinity. 4. Accept and be appreciated as to what they are and truly capable of. |

Yeah, Women nowadays are more on a demanding mode! :) Acceptance is always from both the sides and not alone that "Man accepts Woman" . It's more of now..whether "Woman accepts Man" or not? Times have changed! Really, it was not like that before. Women needed to be accepted by Men according to their choices before and Women did not have much choices then! Now women is more self reliant than past decades so she is capable of making "right choices" for her! Good...A Chance for all Men to improve and change for betterment of society and equality of genders!

See one thing is clear nower time wheather in job or house area womens are feeling some suffocation why because some of the persons in the world think that womens are only made for fun and they do the things which they dont have to do,from my personal side view being a relationship & personal counseller i suggest that womens need love,safety and respect and i respect women from the bottom of my heart,because if i disrespect any women any where ,that thing can also can happen with my sister also.

Now a days women hardly find the real and true love man has made this profession and flirting and man dominance should go forever because after all women are the creator and god has made them upper so we should respect that. but today women what ever get everything all are sophisticated so they real feel upset because once women love anyone they love with core of heart so what they want in this time its difficult to get but not impossible

Right from childhood girls have some of her own and most of the time the dream is very clear. As the age advances the power reduces & boundaries develop; be it muscle power, decision power etc. We, Indians, worship and worldwide mother is considered next to God. This has a very sound reason. God is a creator and on earth Mother is creator; be it Mother Earth or Mother of any creature, so mother is next to God. A woman is very powerful as she not only makes home that decides your present but also develops young ones that decides future. But this is never recognized, so she wants to do something that is recognized... Now a woman wants from man "To let her be in-charge of her own life" of-course in addition to Love, Faith, Respect, Support, Security and Recognition. |
