First of all let me tell I don't have much job experience, I'm a starter! I first thought Performance matters in corporate world, but in my short span I have seen that favoring boss is more important than Performance. I have seen bad performers who are in Boss's good books (by favouring him/her) stuck in job.So I would like to know what according to you is the most important matter to stuck in a job? |
