Whe employees are considering an early retirement??

Today every body is running harder n harder to be established and to make himself/herself secure. Finally, when he/she thinks about the current and recent future and found self as well targeted, then thinks to live life after retirement and again thinks that would not be the proper age to enjoy life so, better to be retire early.

now Lifestyle is changing and almost till 40-45 people are much busy in career development and making money .most of the people compromise their personal life for their career development. once they start feeling that Life is passing on and their is no limit for career growth people start thinking for retirement/ low engaement jobs.

I agree with Dipika. But the other main reason is they want to put their exp and qualifiactions ro their own better use and become self reliant rather then remaining slaried class however high it may be, bcoz the present situation is very much suitable for service industry

Integrity of information system, gives to early advantage of early retirement for each life cycle.

I have a close 2nd cousin way back in 2002 who was a a buyer for a reputed garment export co and latter into general manager for a reputed international co.drawing 1 to 2 Lper month;he was aged 29 years at that time,he too told me to retire at age 40 and settle in life. My question is it physical retirement i endorse his view but mental retirement which is the one which even takes care of the physical retirement is something beyond the scope of our discussion. My contention is very clear as there is a saying:- "Man is born to prosper not to rest and rust" Hence physically also you retire only once that is death.

Mankind is made for changing work style or changing routine work.The workers are boaring due to routine work second some phisycal deefeciency also effect due to age.It depends on individual reason.

Maximum people plan their retierment and enjoy their life as they previously did.Ihave personally seen people living life in their best way after an early retierment.

The work pressure is de-hydrating the employees. Most of them are unable to withstand this steaping pressures. Once they feel settled altogether, they are not in a mood to continue work under someone and searching some other way of leading a peaceful life with loved ones to ease out from their bickering pressures.

Even, I Completly agree with you MR murthy,To culminate in a very average & a decent age,gives you an option to retire and act as a role model for other,by establishing a good relation with the human-resource and by employing them in to your organisation.

when there is a choice of career like any vegetable or fish market, you inveriably land up to a stage of total blank out or cluelessness of the activity you associate with, due to lack of innovative ideas, you tend to redo the same thing what you would have done in the past. Ultimately, you put your breaks in your progression, Infact if this forum can help those who would like to do something in some way or the other in their own way, it would surely throw light on their own set goals to achieve, Infact, one suggestion for retired people is to keep themself self employeed. It would really do wonder with some back up or the other.

most of the people work with certain reasons or purpose ,like to suppoert a family,livelihood,get money in future,etc so in indian mentality if a person has got his childrens educations completed getting them jobs ,if female children then finishing their marriages. these things are human responsibilities and once a person completes these then he is free to retire or work depending upon his preferences.most go for volentaty retirement becos they migth have got fields ,agri background ,childrens earning good, age factor etc.todays trends is starting new buisness in any field ,as people are self sufficient with courage and knowledge they dont want to stick to one job with limited salary .

Its well to work as an expert.But u have to give a way to newer one to prove his metal.This helps to view a task in different dimension
