According to me drafting kind of work is what most of the time gets outsourced where all the drawings like construction details from architectural plans, working drawings from raw data, technical drawings and comprehensive specification sheets can be drafted by Indian firms, at cheaper rates and better standards of detailing. Many firms in India widely offer AutoCAD Drawings from hand drawn sketches or blueprints. Complete construction drawings can be created from general layout sketches, with details like furniture plans, telephone and electrical plans, reflected ceiling plans, floor finish plans, partition and door hardware schedule plans. Elevations and perspectives are offered as outsourcing.

In India, the industries provide both quantity survey estimations and cost estimations from the initial working drawings or construction plans. So, I believe the organisations can provide volumes required for different types of materials when quality specifications and rates (which need to be furnished from the location of the building) are given to the firm. Organisations can also outsource the preparation of Tenders with detailed specifications and quantities.
