Business owners also have CEO's, customers that is, they pay our salary, and we make them suffer in every possible way. yes there would be objections to it, but yes we do make them suffer. If in actuality someone is not making them suffer, the business should be gung ho and it would be a self improving business. But those others who feel there business should improve, go seek out the customer, listen to them and make him happy, not by feeding him food over a dinner and lunch but by giving him the product, that he wants and when he wants it and in the condition that he wants it to be in. . . |
