Agreed that course is costly.....but its worth it. My suggestion is to work for few more years say 2 to 3 and then opt for the course. By that time you would have learned a lot a would have had money to spend.

SAP H.R. is best option. bcoz every enterprises implementing SAP/ERP systems in their organization.definitely you will get priority after completion of your course.
I am strongly agree with Jyoti...there are many companies working as SAP L1 and L2 support and mainly SAP HR support is quit interesting. So wait and gain experience for 2-3 year more and opt for SAP course. I am working as HR-Ops executive and handling SAP HRMS as my KRA :)
Ur most welcome Shwetha...:)

Dear Ms Shwetha, Though your core area is recruitment, the future is lying in Learning and development. Training has a wide scope in any field, any size, any industry and any level. Even if you go for SAP, HR module contains training and development portions. Training needs identification, training plan, calender, competency mapping and assessment, recognition and rewards are known as key indicators in HRD. Best wishes, k venugopal 9345964864

Dear Ms Shwetha, Sorry for the delay. The global vision of HRD in corporates is skill development of their human resources. This can be done only through training and development. Best wishes, k venugopal

SAP solution is very high end and all small business can't opt for it. I believe Oracle HRM should be the one you could choose, as it is widely used.

SAP, Peoplesoft or some other these are all ERP programmes and supporting tools. I believe, investing huge money of 2 to 3 lakhs is a sheer waste. HR stream is a challenging job, you need to update yourself regularly to understand the emerging trends. The individual shall have the zeal to learn continuously.
SAP HR would be the sufficient for you at this juncture. Gain experience, you will come to know everything by then. If you feel to do the Siemens SAP even after 2-3 years, let your organsiation invest on you.
