After duing engineering I think no body wants to go in the poultry business, If you are realy think about to be an employer than you must choose some reputed Business related to your engineering background, you can start with a small setup of tool room. I think u can start this as SSI. Or you can start with a setup of Wire Cut Machines. there is very big demand of wire cut operation & tool room help in the all type of engineering industries. there are so many other business that you could start with in 1 crore. in my openion an engineer can get all the lones easily for this type of industries. so please start with a reputed business if you realy wants to be an Employer.
