The company I have tagged "SUDEL" in my profile, is my company and is not yet started. I want to do, what I wish to be.

In my view Google is a dream company.the perspective of organizations, called knowledge management.includes any structured activity that improves an organization's capacity to accquire, share, and use knowledge in ways that improves its survival and success. The stock of knowledge that resides in an organization is called its intellectual capital, which is the sum of everything known in an organization that gives it competitive advantage including its human capital, structural capital, and relationship capital.

Like many of you my dream was also Microsoft. It was the time when Microsoft released its Windows Xp. Wherever we go everyone speaks about Microsoft. That was the time when I decided that I should work in Microsoft. Apart from that many of my friends said,  the attitude of management towards their employees is the key factor there and it is the only company that gives prime importance to its employees who they think are the main people because of which the company is where it is . So I felt that was the best company to work for.
