IT sector faced the challenge of finding candidates with the right skill sets in India, when compared to other parts of the world. Especially in the area of web development skills, web design technology professionals, and the need for more talented middle-level managers. With the talent shortage resulting in increasing salaries and high attrition rates, some experts cautioned that India could lose its competitive advantage in the IT sector. In order to address the problem, many IT companies have partnered with engineering colleges and universities to tackle this shortage. |

In India our retail sector is finding huge growth and many global players are entering the market. So there is a tough competition among the companies, and our retail sector is in need of huge talent to compete with them. The original concept of ‘customers first and employee second’ is being replaced with ‘employee first and customer second’. |

I agree, there are lot of problems in the India's Retail Front. It has been taking lot of time to achieve the excellence. Key factors are:-
- In-Sufficient Training for the Retail Staff.
- Lack of Customer Understanding.
- Loop-Holes in Supply Chain
- High Retail Theft

Talent means not even an induvidual person who possess extra ordinary or unique quality to manage the things well but also a qunique personality who can manage his/her self in all adverse circumtancies best ways. Nowadays, every country's every field of work is facing the problem of talent shortage. The reason is that the talent maker or producer organisations itself facing the the problem of talent trainner. As we know very well today our every sector such as Education, Science & I.T., Banking , Trade & Commerece, Economics, Small & large scale Industires facing the problem of shortage of talent because our educational & training institutions are not making or producing so much talents as required by a social society. The main reason for that shortage is that our country existing social system is not motivating to our new generation for Higher Studies and practical Training for talent producing. Because in our society ever perosn always delegate its accountabilty on other person and want to make feel his/her self free from thier social resposibilities. What ever talent are prdouced are mostly hired by Developed countries or migarate to othes countries because our social system assess less their values in our country. That is the mazor drawback for India, as we are not utilizing our talent for our country progress, development and growth but others are utilizing our talent for their Progress & Development. The day our society will be able to retain the talent in our country I, think those days are not away we will be counted as First & Largest Economics power in the world. |
