so over all we can say Good Medical Practice requires doctors to be satisfied that they have consent from a patient, or other valid authority, before undertaking any examination or investigation, providing treatment, or involving patients in teaching and research. GMP(good medical practices) will definetly help in building healthy relation between health care staff and patients |

healthcare is nota single man concern so there is no moral responsibility on anybody to speak for anybody else.
We all should be responsible for this as it is our concern.
patients & doctors can play vital role in deciding the outcomes of treatment availaible & required.
Patient safety & care should be the prime concern for any treatment process.

Doctors, including specialists, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician
assistants, nutritionists, and others need to be organized into team
delivery systems with patients at the center. This is doable,
and known, and is already done in some settings today. These best team
practices must be identified and then taught in health professions
schools as the best methods to provide education to health care
consumers.

I believe history has already shown us that consumer activism usually
begins as a negative reaction and that it may be
unrealistic to expect the independent interests of consumers to align
with those of payers, providers, public officials, and other
stakeholders.AIDS activism,
the disability rights movement, and consumer activism in mental health
all arose from the spontaneous and independent self-assertion of
consumer populations fighting for their own objectives; and all
achieved far-reaching impact. So Consumers themselves should take a stand for what they want
