Mass production and Mass customization have a different genre or appeal. The mass production spins money and fills the coffers,the mass customization fulfils the specific demand.But MC definitely enhances the image and capability.The 21st century is fast paced.The product marketed today may fad from the memory within short period of time.So,ignoring the mass customization will be at the peril of the manufacturers. |
