"Why do we give away all the information on social networking sites when we know it is not safe?"

We hear of cyber crimes but think it cannot happen to us. We are too busy in show off or act of attraction that we just don't care about security. The site may show your security is low and we give our our e-mail ids , our phone numbers everything!! We don't give it a thought. |

i know one thing, i cant call everyone bcoz after college everyone go to their path and social network is the only media where we can meet, so there is no harm to give ur details, we r not to ask to give our bank details!!!!!!!!

Its too absurd to post your family photos and personal information in the public domain. If anyone wants to misuse your information, he will do it by any means!

There are so many reason behind this. Some of the people put their stuff for friends,searching and looking for friends /partner/time pass etc... some of them are want to be famous in friends and some times they trapped also...so many reasons @Shalini your question is right ..but all this is time pass only..
