In my opinion, Indian companies are now much aiming at employee growth as a business strategy and the key to sustaining business growth is to combine insight and foresight with creative application of technology to develop markets and meet evolving needs of consumers. This is where they are encouring more opportunities to excite and retain the employee talent through employee engagement and performance excellence in a good organisational culture. |
